It's been brought to my attention by Angie and my boss that I'm holding on too tight...You know when you hold an egg too tight you break it?  Or squeeze a baby bird too tight you hurt it?

That's what is happening with me right now. My insides are SUPER off and it's causing extreme anxiousness and I'm holding on too tight in everything I do to avoid more loss (which inadvertently leads to more loss usually).

So with Angie out of town with Sommer at soccer, I recorded an episode SOLO to share where I'm at...
