This systemic boogeyman racism is a pawn piece to not deal with real problems which is a shit economy that affects everyone including the poor. If there’s on institution that is “systematically racist” it’s the Fed propping up banks and the stock market for the wealthy - where’s the Fed bailout of the poor? We are letting the powers at be off the hook.
