Maybe you think this about yourself, “I’m just so pathetic because of my failures.”  Or “God could never forgive me,” or “God knows everything about me, I must look so ugly to him.” Perry admits, “I can so easily fall into these poisonous thoughts.”

Shawna is so grateful for the people in her life that show her who Jesus is. Like her Dad who showed her our Heavenly Father’s love. Who showed you who Jesus is?

If you’re riding the wave of victory, good for you! But that fine moment does not define you. If you’re feeling the pain of regret because you blew it, we’re so sorry. we’ve been there. But that doesn’t define you either. You are special because you are loved by God!

Some define faith as, “Trusting God when life makes no sense.” Others say faith is about “signs, wonders and miracles.” We tend to gravitate to either/or in our journey with Jesus. But in the case of faith, it’s both/and.

God’s ways don’t always make sense to us but I do trust the He knows what’s best. And He chooses to use people, you and me, to tell the world about Jesus. If that’s God’s plan it must be good!

When you run into a crisis in life it can be all you see. The only way to praise God through it is to shift your focus from the crisis to the King. When we’re looking at and to Him we can’t help but praise Him.
