Happy Wine Wednesday! Candi and I are back this week to discuss all of the relationship mess in episodes 5-8 of Netflix's Love is Blind (UK) Season 2.  In part 1 of our discussion, we talk about Bardha/Jed, Ashleigh/Billy, and Kal/Sarover.

Candi LOVED the bluntness of Kal's brother.  I have some doubts about whether Sarover is ready to go all in on a marriage with Kal.  We were horrified by Billy and Ashleigh's grocery store trip and we don't want her to give up her cabin crew career unless it's what SHE wants.

Hey Lovely Listeners! In this episode, we wrap up our discussion of episodes 1-4 of Love is Blind (UK) Season 2.  Candi had one more red flag to unpack, so we discuss that and then move on to the green flags of the season.  There are cast members that actually give us hope that they believe in love and are not on the show to recruit for their cult or expand their social media following.  We then discuss first impressions and predictions for the engaged couples and get into the cocktail party in Cyprus.

Happy Wine Wednesday! Thrilled to be back from hiatus - I've missed y'all.  Can't think of a better way to return to your feeds than this discussion with my favorite pastor, Solomon Missouri.  

You've binged Season 4 of The Bear, so get into this rewind of Season 3.  Solomon and I unpack our mixed bag of feelings about the show's third season.  There were things we loved and some items we'd send back to the kitchen.  Given a listen at the end to our Season 4 wishlist and let me know what you were hoping for and whether the writers delivered.

In part two of our discussion about Love is Blind (US) Season 8, Episodes 7-9, we discuss Virginia/Devin, Sara/Ben, and we get into a little TikTok tea.  We continue to be underwhelmed by Virginia and Devin.  They are boring and we weren't feeling the vibes during the meeting with Devin's family.  We discuss the difference in pod Ben versus out of the pods Ben.  We were surprised by his inclusive set of friends, but we're still not buying his purported "acceptance" of all.  He did himself no favors in his response to Sara's questions about the TikTok story about him, but ultimately Sara's choice to still be with him speaks to her as much as it does to him.
