It’s Freedom Friday!  We celebrate the beautiful, extravagant, limitless love of Jesus. 

First being in Christ is like being immersed in a bottomless ocean of love—Because of his great love we have been rescued from becoming, for eternity, more and more the worst of who we are!  Then, if you ever wanted to know what the story of the bible is all about and how you fit in it in about 5 minutes, here it is!  Then Perry shares the first time he had the awareness of his sin—after stumbling onto porn when he was 8.  But Perry’s hope in all his sin, and yours as well, is in Jesus who instead of taking his earned reward of heaven just for himself, allowed himself to be broken so that we who don’t deserve heaven can have what only he deserves! 

Next, we have spent so much of our lives ravenously thirsty, trying to quench our thirst by drinking from dirty wells.  But today is a new day, a day to turn, to repent, to drink from the river of life that flows from Jesus’ wounded side!  And finally Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rogers can’t imagine a God who “wants to condemn most the of the planet to a fiery hell.”  We can’t either.  We take an extended gaze at the furious love of God that has existed from eternity past and how he decided to share that love knowing it would cost the death of his own son.  Share this life giving gospel on your social media platforms!
