‘Plan and Protect’- That has been my business mantra for the past 15 years.

I am the founder of MLO Law which specializes in Immigration Law, Elder Law, Special Needs, and Estate Planning. Our goal at MLO Law is to understand you, your business needs, your family’s (and even your pets!). Our commitment is to represent your best interest, and my practice does this by taking a personalized approach with each client relationship.
In Immigration, MLO Law can help you navigate complex US Immigration Law. This year has brought many changes which affect businesses, individuals & families. Having worked on some very challenging and unique cases, you can be assured that we work diligently to achieve the best possible outcome. Our mission is to keep it simple for you – give you some likely outcomes, walk you through the process, and keep you posted on the progress.

In Elder Law and Estate Planning, we advise on protecting your assets from divorce, bankruptcy, and creditors, helping you take the necessary steps to continue providing for those you love without changing your current lifestyle. We also assist families with special needs to make important decisions that are not always easy. Planning involves choosing suitable caregivers, trustees, financial advisors and other entities or individuals to care for your loved one when you’re no longer here. ‘It takes a village’ to provide care. We are here to help you with those resources.
