Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6 that our Father knows what we need and will provide. Generosity is not a loss; it’s a way to lean on God’s care and faithfulness.

Giving is an act of worship—declaring the worth of Jesus in our lives. If the worth of something is determined by its cost, then there’s no true worship without sacrifice. What does how we live and give tell us about how much we value Jesus? If he’s not worth more than our finances, we’ll never be free to follow him.

Money worries are not only harming our mental health and relationships—they’re pulling us away from Jesus. In the midst of financial hardship and stress, Jesus is calling us to freedom.
