For This Talk I wanted to talk about a book I've been reading and to talk about mental health. There's a lot we can do to help keep a balanced view of our emotional and mental health. Looking at things as a cup half full AND half empty helps. Asking others, responsible and reliable, friends or family members thoughts and opinions. Advice even. Sometimes another viewpoint can help see what we can't see. NOT JUST ANYBODY'S ADVICE! Reasonable, rational, well reported ones. Someone who's morals and standards speak to what type of advice they can give. Well... I do like the book, but man...

Giving an update on my podcast. Podcasts can use segments and how a podcaster uses can make the podcast clear and understandable. I wanted to explain a new style of Podcasting I'm doing and how I'm using my segments. Also, I damaged my microphone...oops! Explaining how I balance family/friends and work. Today I had another appointment and that was the only big thing I did. Did have to remind my son about his behavior and had to discipline him. So he had a good talking to, hopeful he doesn't think temper tantrums are okay at six. Was kinda blind sided today, out of no where, with it. Stomping for my phone? I've never...he never. Not sure why he thought THAT was okay. Well. I'll talk with y'all tomorrow and take ya along with me again.
