Much of your life is about the constant navigating of pulls, demands and your own desire to help and support various communities you are connected to.

Yet, what if it’s not always a yes?

What if you DON’T

.. Say, YES..
.. volunteer, today
.. do all you think you need to do..
..give all you think you need to give.,
..all you WANT to do and give++

We want to do so much.

Don’t want to be the “no” parents.

We see the gaps and holes where many don’t step up, and so we do.

And, often our health and lives are impacted.

Where does YES and NO serve YOU best?

What if you DO..

YES, AND..
Do less.  
Do what you are truly CAN do.. for school, and wherever you’re involved energetically and brings small (or large) pieces of joy..

Come into the DOs..

Where are YOUR YES’?

That bring more energy, peace and ..

Yep.. it’s all about practicing boundaries.. and teaching awareness of limits.. 

Showing by doing.. for our kids..
