What’s your role in an emergency? Each family member has a norm:). What’s yours?

Be careful what you ask for, right?
I silently asked for weight loss, a clear sign and a handful of other things.

What I got.. was a lesson.. in mind clearingly intense emergency
Gone calm..

*This podcast is all about my version of dealing with venomous spider bites and what I shocked myself with on that journey.

I share at end all I did.. or most of it., which continued to evolve each day.

Emergency situations gone wild?
Or calm?

There are these moments when things have a choice or you go into default (we saw a lot of this during last years, right?).

Mats grits his jaw and implodes as he goes into hyper masculine “solve, move forward mode.

I get uber calm, intuitive and stubbornly clear.

Have you ever been between a rock and a hard place with your kids and getting them access to the healthcare that they actually need?  

We had this for dental care.

Different countries offer different access.  YET, usually dental for some reason dental is NOT in the loop for this.  Why?  Don't we ALL need our teeth?  Why isn't this a requirement?

Our communities and countries give money for so many things, but not this?!

I am fired up.

It's not just about access.  It's also about people not wanting to touch something that is unusual. So, what?!

Do you know something we could share with others, in your own country, community, etc?

Advocacy for our health and kids.. are essential for relaxed and joyful living..

This is so vulnerable, yet needed to be said out loud.
