Some may think that mindfulness is difficult, and in some or many cases, this may be true. But once I show you how to make mindfulness easier, you can do this always, and be relaxed doing it.

All attachments, all resistance, and all beliefs can be melted away as easy as watching them without resistance or tenseness within the body. In this meditation I will show you how to do just that, and realize the truth. The truth is that peace is within you all of the time. This is a glorious remembering, and if you keep this knowledge in mind, as well as how to relax the bodymind, you can become ever-peaceful.
