Being in a body can be grate, but it can come with many limitations. In this episode, I explain some basic differences between being a body, and being bodyless, and how these two basic realities contribute to how you see things, and how you think in general.

This is not about judgment or blame, but about becoming mindful about one's thoughts and emotions and how they skew how you see things. Ultimately, no one does things because of you, it's always about themselves, or their projections, and this is ultimately true for everyone, including yourself.
