The basic categories are head, heart, and action or will.
But these aren't enough to explain this.
Subcategories of head include things like intelect, (things like math, science, technology, coding, etc.)
Mental maps: the ability to have or create a map (not a physical but a sort of model of the world, yourself, or others) and use that map to navigate the world.
We all somewhat do this unconsciously, but the intelectual can do this consciously although perhaps not easily.
Other levels of thou include certain types of planning, although involve thought and action still apply.
Callendar blocking etc.
Making grocery lists, and things that require the mind almost exclusively.
Heart.
Things like socializing in a lot of ways are heart-action based.
Connection, romance, emotional commitment, availability, vulnerability, expression, the ability to to peak up is in some ways heart as well, mixed with action, and mind.
Things like love, or loving another not just emotionally but also actionally and intellectually is also part of this.
This is what I think Jesus meant when he said love god with all thy heart, all thy mind, all thy soul.
This requires all aspects of the mind-body-spirit complex all at once.
The act of therapy is actually mixing all three of these aspects, mind, heart, action into a life plan of sorts.
Mind objectifies, or becomes objective with heart, heart wants action plans and mind can concoct them. This perhaps is life coaching as well.
Action.
Action includes things like sports, and physical activities, but also includes less obvious things like writing which is a colaboration of mind and action, and perhaps even heart.
