It’s quite a funny and crazy journey.

Hey my friends, welcome back to part two!

I teared up once or twice while editing this back, so I just hope you know how much I love and care about you. FSY may be over, but I refuse to give up and forget about you. Won’t happen.

There is one more part to this series that is already recorded, but I’m planning on recording another 2-3 episodes about certain stories from that week. As to when they’ll come out, I’m not sure. I’ll let you know as soon as I decide!

Praying for all of you individually and fasting for a select few were very sacred and humbling experiences for me

We recorded this back in May, so it’s a little dated considering I talk about FSY and how I want to approach this summer. Since it’s literally my last week this week, I can only hope I implemented my goal of being there and being willing to say, “I don’t know but I’ll find out.”

“Tell Them Why”

Where to start.

To be completely honest with you, this is probably one of my most vulnerable episodes yet. In fact, I’ve had a ton of anxiety over sharing this with everyone and putting my fears and concerns and pain out there for people to see and listen to. Especially my kids.

That being said, I have to practice what I preach, and I believe in embracing imperfection, embracing humanness, and embracing vulnerability.

I shed several tears while listening to this back in order to edit it. I was so tempted to take out moments of my vulnerability, but I left them in.

To my kids: With all my heart, please know I love you. I’m sorry that it took three episodes for me to finally get to the deep stuff, but I hope this episode was worth the wait.
