Charles Werner is an Aviation Technologies Advisor for the Virginia Department of Aviation. He also serves as the director of DroneResponders Public Safety Alliance, chair of the National Council on Public Safety UAS and chair of the Virginia Secure Commonwealth UAS Sub Panel.
