Andrew Horowitz first turned heads in the music world as one-fifth of the
band Tally Hall. Shortly after graduating from the University Of Michigan
along with the other members of Tally Hall, a record deal was inked with
Atlantic Records -- via prior In A State guest Leigh Lust -- and Marvin's
Marvelous Mechanical Museum was released in 2008. Prior to this, Horowitz
was a winner of a John Lennon Scholarship for songwriting.
After Tally Hall ceased to be as a full-time band in 2011, Horowitz moved
on to doing his own thing as a producer, songwriter and a developer for
other artists. In turn, the discography of Andrew Horowitz includes artists
like Jidenna, John Legend, Craig David, Celine Dion, needtobreathe and
Lindsay Stirling. Horowitz has also released solo recordings under the name
"edu" and regularly hosts showcases in which emerging talent performs.

Williamsburg studio for an episode of In A State, in the process learning
of how the Brooklyn performer evolved from a major label artist into a
prolific independent creative force.
