In Addition

Mike Ho’s his way down your chimney tonight wanting to talk about unique Christmas traditions. Some of them are violent, some of them kinda sad, some are heartwarming amazing stories, and well… there is a log. Yea a log that poops when you hit it is a tradition. You may walk away from this episode scarred for life - just saying.

Listener Bmel suggested we talk about our favorite Christmas Gifts. So Charles takes the lead on this topic as he shows off his bobblehead. There are a lot of great stories about what gifts mean, how different people react, and maybe you can learn to give better gifts because of us!

Tony P Henderson comes in hot tonight with the question “What is the best fictional song?” There was a lot of discussion as to what qualifies but Tony finally lets us know it's a fictional band that is credited to the song. So once we found that out the ideas ran rampant. It was a fun topic that brought us some controversy for sure.

Mike also loves Christmas. So to balance the Bah-Humbug nature of the last episode he is asking What is your favorite holiday memory?

Phil loves Christmas. But even Phil knows that too much of a good thing can be bad. He is asking what is your most hated Christmas song of all time.

Tony is changing career paths at the start of the new year. So totally unrelated he asks “If you could work from anywhere then where would you live?” After the totally earned grief he gets for asking us to help him move basically, we get to our answers. There are definitely some surprises in here but a great thought project overall. Good times were had.

We are back from the holiday break with some vim and vigor. Charles has been wanting to talk about a talent he wishes he had for a while. So he brings the question “what skill do you wish you had but will never master?” As is our tradition something gets said in a weird way and off to the jokes we go! It was a great way to come back in and we had a blast sharing our desired skills.

Here is a topic suggested by Seth W.! Charles delivers the question from Seth - What was great about your first car? We truly would have never thought of this topic ever but it was a great one. It seems like all of our first cars were kinda beat up and had issues, but there are a lot of great memories surrounding them. Thanks to Seth for sending in the question. If you would like to do that email us [email protected] .

Here is a topic suggested by Jamey C.! Mike asks us what bands are good in the studio but horrible live on stage. We have so many stories and one is guessed by a listener in chat based on two clues - Italian and Christian. Who knew we were playing our own game live? Also interestingly enough Phil and Charles had opposite reactions to hearing the same band live in concert.

Phil had some time on his hands and was watching some of the marvel films recently. One character in particular was saying and doing things he has said and done. So this triggered the question “What Hero/Villain do you Identify With?” There were some obvious choices like Hulk and Spiderman, but when we start giving our choices FOR the other hosts it gets really interesting.
