      5. Self-Esteem: How high or low your self-esteem is can determine what you tolerate in your relationships. This episode encourages you to work on your self-esteem so the line between "loyalty" and being a doormat is not blurred for you.
      6. People Only Change for Themselves: No one will change FOR YOU because... You're simply not that important.
