Lot's of sports updates over the past month to discuss! For starter's, the expected dumpster fire that was supposed to be the Knicks season has not come to fruition (yet). Currently the 6th seed in the East, they're playing great defense and giving Knicks fans real reasons for optimism for the first time in nearly 8 years. The New York Islanders have also been on a good streak of late, scoring points in 8 straight games. The guys discuss what has gone well for the Isles so far and what needs to change for them to get back in the playoffs and make some serious noise. Lastly, a few quick notes on baseball as pitchers and catchers officially report to Spring Training this week! The Mets are still seeing the fallout from terrible ownership, and we discuss the Trevor Bauer signing controversy.
