In today’s episode I share with you a raw and open conversation I had with the incredible Jaci Rogash. Jaci is a certified transformational coach who works with women who have experienced trauma in their life that is still impacting the way they live their lives today.
As you will hear in today's episode Jaci is no stranger to adversity herself.
Having been bullied in school, sexually assaulted at 15, the victim of domestic violence at 21 and having a stalker at 25.
Jaci shares very openly about her experience and what her healing journey looked like for her, and how she has been able to get to a place where she is truly comfortable with who she is, let go of judgement and embrace every part of her to now live a life of deep purpose.

Life hasn’t always been this way for Kirsty and in todays conversation you will discover how far she has come to create a life she loves so much and hopefully some inspiration and more belief that you to can create what you want most in your life.
