What many of us ultimately fear is death. But, as Pastor Steve points out, we were not made for death, but life. We are made for living out God's will on Earth and for an eternal life of movement toward God in Heaven. And with the Resurrection of Christ, death's sting has lost its potency and taken with it all reason to fear it. Surprise, indeed!
