Have you ever seen an opportunity in front of you but been afraid to take a leap because of one (or MORE) of the following?
Your current circumstances?
How you define yourself?
How others define you?
The stories you tell yourself? If any of these items tickle a nerve, then this episode is for you.
My guest, Erin Kraebber, recently stepped out of a high-level collegiate marketing position and into the life of a small business owner.
Erin knows what it feels like to be stretched thin. She sculpted a successful 15+ year career in collegiate athletics marketing while raising little people who place many demands on her time and energy.
She is a wife, mother to two daughters, small business owner, Enneagram 1, avid sports fan, and host of the Motherhood Merged Podcast. Originally from Wisconsin, she now resides with her family in Birmingham, Alabama.
In 2022, she decided to make a transition from the corporate ladder to entrepreneurship. She is now the owner of Forté Dance Essentials, a brick-and-mortar dancewear boutique where she serves dancers of all ages.
In addition to her retail space, Erin also works as a marketing strategist. She teaches systems that allow business owners and industry-leading women to tell their unique stories, reach more customers, and grow revenues. Her goal is to solve the problems that empower women to feel satisfied with their contributions in their careers and at home.
The path that led her to this new venture.
How Erin’s husband and daughters play roles in the new family business.
The individual personality differences that shape the unique contributions her daughters make to the retail space.
What Erin had to let go of to seed the success of her store.
The ways her past experience prepared her for this new phase. The theme of season 3 is TRANSFORMATION. And where better to start than the reinvention of yourself?
If you are feeling the nudge to shift course, this episode is definitely for you!
