When your children grow up and get married, it’s a glorious life milestone, and we get to witness our children grow up to move into the next season and journey in their lives, which will likely span their lifetime! It’s awesome, but the fallen world has completely influenced the reputation and expectations one has of the Mother-in-law and Father-in-law, so much so that none of us likely want to be one, yet we all will be one day, Lord willing. When I say we don’t want to be one, what I mean is that we don’t want to be viewed the way the world views these roles within a family!!
