Some of us avoid conflict like the plague, while others charge into it head-on. Regardless of how you feel about conflict one thing is for sure: it’s inevitable. In a world that values quick fixes and easy exits, how do we handle it well? The hard work of staying in relationship—even when it’s messy—is where real beauty lies.
In this episode, Jamie and Heather talk about navigating conflict in a way that honors God and promotes growth not only for themselves but for their kids.

The Gospel is good news, not good advice. It doesn’t just call us to be better; it invites us into a whole new life in Christ. In an age that says we must define ourselves, gospel doctrine tells us that we’re already defined in the most profound way: loved, redeemed, and called by Jesus. This is the truth that binds His Church together.
In this Episode, Whit and Casey explore the history of our individualistic culture and the foundational beliefs that define the Church.

Grief isn't a solo journey. In this episode, Jamie and Heather discuss their experiences of losing a parent, the importance of showing up for others, and allowing them to show up for you.
Let’s be honest—sometimes, marriage can feel like a battleground. We know communication is key, yet, we avoid talking about what's really going on. Lance and Brandy Salazar have lived through this and come out stronger. Their story and practical wisdom offer real hope for couples struggling to overcoming the stigma of silence in marriage.
In this episode, Whit has a candid conversation with Lance and Brandy Salazar on how they brought their marriage back from the brink of divorce and how God is using their story to help couples today.

Power is often misunderstood. We tend to associate power with entitlement—something earned or deserved. Yet, in Ephesians 5:25, Paul instructs husbands to “love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.” This command flips the common understanding of power upside down. Jesus invites us into this countercultural way of living, where the real path to freedom is through service and self-denial.
In this episode, Whit, Casey, and Lee dive deeper into the true meaning of sacrifice and leadership and the word Paul gives to husbands.

We are members of Christ's body, and this belonging informs the way we should love within a marriage. Our commitment to each other in marriage is a covenant, a mutual giving of oneself for the sake of the other. This covenantal love requires vulnerability, sacrifice, and intimacy. But how do we live this out well in a hyper-sexualized world?
In this episode, Whit, Casey and, Angela break down Paul’s letter in 1 Corinthians, how we can move through sexual brokenness and dysfunction, and how we can address these topics in our relationships and in our church community.

Submission is a word that often brings with it feelings of apprehension. What did Paul really teach about submission in marriage in Ephesians 5? Paul’s letter was written to a community of Christ-followers, emphasizing unity in the body of Christ, including unity between husband and wife. However, his teachings on submission aren’t meant to be applied rigidly or without pastoral wisdom.
In this episode, Whit and Casey explore what submission looks like in ideal and less than ideal situations and how Paul is reorienting our understanding of God’s family and how it reflects the relationship between Christ and the Church.
