We are joined by opening day starter for the Ole Miss Baseball team Derek Diamond. We talk to him about the Super Bowl and Omaha challenge to break the ice. We dive into where he’s from, his family and how he grew up. We discuss baseball on the West Coast and how he was originally committed to Stanford but ended up at Ole Miss. We talk with Derek about the Covid cut short season, last years season from Arlington all the way to Super Regionals, to now the expectations of the upcoming season. We are joined by 3 Dad’s of LSU baseball players Alex Brady, Cade Beloso, and Dylan Crews. We find out where they are from and what they do for a living. We discuss the culture at LSU, the expectations of their sons, and the expectations of the LSU baseball team this year especially under new coach Jay Johnson. We are joined by Cal Poly baseball star and a top 5 projected MLB draft prospect Brooks Lee. We talk to Brooks about growing up in a lineage of athletes out on the West Coast. Surprisingly Brooks is a swimmer and surfer but grew up on a ranch while playing baseball so a very diverse individual. We talked about expectations for Brooks and why it was Cal Poly with his Dad over the MLB draft. We discuss his season last year with Cal Poly and his Team USA experience. We talk about the upcoming season and is there any pressure with every baseball writer in the country having the highest of expectations for him as the best SS in college baseball. We end season 4 and are joined by the Captain of the Ole Miss baseball team Tim Elko. We learn from Tim he is every bit of what you read about and see. This young man is an amazing leader, baseball player, student, and man of faith. We find out where Tim is from and learn about life growing up. We discuss why he chose Ole Miss and just how great of a decision it was. We journey through his time there and focus in on last years team and the adversity he himself faced with injury as well as other players on the team. We talk about where he and the team are at now and what the expectations are for this upcoming season. We the of course play a game of this or that.

We are joined by Pac-12 Freshman gymnast of the year Chae Campbell. We dive into a lot between growing up in Texas with just her and her mom, competing in the Junior Olympics and the numerous accolades she has earned early in her career. We talk about why she chose UCLA and about her freshman season which included a brilliant Black Excellence meet with her teammates and a performance against Utah that gave her the ESPN spotlight. We discuss overcoming the current controversy at UCLA and getting prepared to face #3 Utah at UCLA. We then of course play a fun game of this or that.

We are joined by the middle of the 5 Gronk brothers, former Dallas Cowboy and owner/operator of IceShaker Chris Gronkowski. We talk about what it was like growing up with all his brothers in Buffalo, NY, why he chose his college and how he ended up in the NFL. We discuss how he transitioned from the game to working for his wife to becoming an entrepreneur who landed a deal on Shark Tank. We then of course play a game of This or That

We are joined by Owner/Operator of StudMuffins, BASE performance trainer and former Miss St bulldog pitcher Trey Jolly. We get the back story on Trey growing up as the oldest sibling in small town Mississippi and be interested a multi sport athlete. We discuss the juco route and how he ultimately landed at Miss St. We talk about his passion for nutrition and health along with teaching these young athletes the right way to prepare and train their bodies. We talk with professional bodybuilder and pre-med student Tanner “Leonardo” Jenkins. We find out what life was like growing up and how he got into health and wellness. We discuss with Tanner preparing and competing in fitness and bodybuilding competitions, the nutrition game and how everyone can better their life to start this new year. We ask Tanner what the future plans are and then of course play a game of this or that.

What a refreshing episode for the boys as we dive into the world of Lacrosse. Nolan teaches us about the game whether on the field or in the box. We talk about growing up in Canada and about his family. Nolan talks about him playing numerous sports and how those sports tie into being a successful lacrosse player. We discuss how he got on the National team as well as playing for Landers and what his freshman season was like and what we got to look forward to this upcoming season.
