Last month Jae issued a summer reading challenge after the girls found some It Ends With Us reviews: Read as many Colleen Hoover novels in 1 month as possible, and Angela gladly took up the gauntlet in the name of *podcast research*. After consuming 6 and 1/2 CoHo novels, Angela's walking Jae through Slammed, Heart Bones, It Ends With Us, and Verity (Without Merit and Layla didn't make it in for time) - Listen in, but beware spoilers, and decide if you too want to read CoHo.

This episode was supposed to be fitness related, but it kinda turned into one big rant - but really, we're not the people you want fitness advice from anyway. Today we're exploring societal standards, body insecurities, and just plain ride people. So if you have nothing nice to say, we really don't want to hear it.
