In Pleasantness

The days of the Son Man are coming, and now are, are you aware of that?

How would you conduct yourself if you knew the Day of the Lord?

Friends, it's June, a month of debauchery. I believe Solomon has a timeless message for us: "Fear God and Keep His commandments, for this is the whole man." Everything else is futile.

Praise the Lord, you His angels,

Praise the Lord, all you His hosts,

Praise the Lord, all you works of His, In all places of His dominion;

Praise the Lord, my soul, And do not forget any of His benefits!

The nearness of God is My good because God's ways is vindicated.

Two people.

Two paths.

Two destinations.

Where do you fit?

The Righteous and the Wicked Contrasted.

1 How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked,

Nor stand in the [a]path of sinners,

Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord,

And in His law he meditates day and night.

3 He will be like a tree firmly planted by [b]streams of water,

Which yields its fruit in its season

And its leaf does not wither;

And in whatever he does, he prospers.

4 The wicked are not so,

But they are like chaff which the wind drives away.

5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,

Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous,

But the way of the wicked will perish.

The Two Foundations

24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock.

25 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.

26 Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.

Does God lives in each and everyone of us? Are we all children of God? How is God known? Is Christianity the same as Hinduism and other religions? What is the meaning and purpose of life? I believe Acts 17:16-34 is a perfect passage to declare to Hindus and other belief systems just like Paul did in Athens.
