For the first-ever episode of the In Pursuit of Passion podcast, we had the great pleasure of being joined by the tremendous and thought-provoking Gareth Shanthikumar. In this candid, raw and eye-opening conversation the co-founder of Man Up, president of the Om Shanti Foundation and aspiring personal trainer explored the roots of his passion for enabling others.
In 2017, despite things from the outside looking normal, Gareth faced challenges that changed his outlook on life completely. That year made him start a unique and inspiring journey towards his passion, and since then, Gareth has gone from strength to strength. He has learnt a lot during his pursuit of his passion, like believing that the best things in life often come from outside of our comfort zones, that being our own best friend is vital, and being compassionate in what we do is crucial to inspire and transform those we want to impact.
