We are back after a surprise hiatus, due to Misha falling ill. (PSA to remember to get your flu shots, kids!)Picking up right in the middle of Misha and Heather's banter, we obsess over our guest's golden hair and sparkly eyes and remember the time, Misha and our guest met in an opera workshop at the University of Lethbridge.
Episode 3 features a classically trained, folk singer-songwriter, Max Hopkins. Currently residing in the beautiful mountain town of Banff, AB, Max met up with us on a snowy Sunday, in downtown Lethbridge to muse on where his inspiration comes from. Growing up in the small community of Bow Island, Max gives us a unique perspective on creativity and the definition of success in art. We discuss the concept of "the elusive creative genius", inspired by "Eat, Pray, Love" author, Elizabeth Gilbert's TED Talk and perhaps drag Beethoven in the process...
