What are the leadership KPIs?

It's quite simple:

1) Do the people under your charge KNOW their job

2) Do they feel PROUD of the work they do

3) Do they feel they are an INTEGRAL part of your mission?

It is also important to distinguish authority from leadership. They are not the same.

By hitting all three KPIs, you will become an exceptional leader.

What do I mean by Coaching with Surgical Precision?

Let me introduce you to how my training to become a trauma surgeon in my previous career influences my approach to coaching.

Quite simply, a surgeon has three tasks:

1) cut out the bad stuff

2) hook up the good stuff

3) stop bleeding

And that's exactly how I approach coaching my clients nowadays. We will cut out the bad stuff (negativity), hook up the good stuff (positivity), and stop the bleeding (the stuff that drains your energy).
