When a person uses someone else's parking space can also result in someone being shot. Not everyone should do these things anyway, but if it does, is it really worth starting? The most tricky part of any of these crimes is the middle finger, which keeps it moving.

The oath of any military member is to solemnly swear (or affirm) that they will SUPPORT AND DEFEND the CONSTITUTION of the United States AGAINST ALL enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same. As 99.5%  of US civilians, who have never served NOR sacrificed to serve, do not understand how taking the oath is seriously as well as to be able to comprehend it and the result is several questions that should be asked about the USA's present and future.

We asked the question whose fault is it for George Santos to be elected into office?  The citizens of NY or the government.  For the most part, it appears most US citizens prefer to be lied to and blame the politicians.  On the other hand, the government is designed for political candidates to be (1) good liars and (2) have enough money to influence.

So is it the citizens, the government, or both for the destruction of the US government?   We have found that each person must be accountable for what they do and DON'T do to make a change in our system as well as make the country more robust and better.

This episode is unique because of now just past but present issues that the US government has not resolved.  It is no secret that the US government has had issues with migrants that are and have ILLEGALLY entered the country. There are many views and sides to the story but the main story is the truth of reality.  Illegal immigrants conduct themselves illegally but want to be treated equally.  When thinking this logically without emotions this concept does not compute relating to common sense regardless of the situation.  The US has seen inflation rising not only among ILLEGAL immigrants but in this episode we focus on this particular matter.

This has been a strong debate on this matter that has been an ongoing issue.  The question is asked can a person that does things illegally demand the rights of citizenship and is there a line in the sand that should not be crossed?

As we all understand and know the US educational system has been failing our youth, as well as some of the other portion of the failure, is on the parents as discussed in the previous episode.  But what if black students are not understanding the materials from their white educator because of the difference in culture?  It has been established the educational system has never been and is still not designed for minority kids.  There have been many white educators with racist views and have targeted minority students have been on the news.  There is a fundamental difference in educating minority students vs white students in the process.  There is a cultural difference that must be respected for minorities.

In this episode, we look at the uneducated kids and the real source of the problem for the next generation not meeting their potential.  Whose fault is it really? 

 According to the Kids Health Guide, educators frequently come to the conclusion that there is no optimal level of parental involvement. No matter what, some parents won't see their children for the entire school year. Others appear to never leave, hovering over the student and the teacher and interfering with the education process. Parents can get involved and support their children's education in different ways, but teachers don't always get that level of involvement from parents.  

The ability of a teacher to instruct students is also influenced by family circumstances. Teachers and principals agree that a student's motivation to learn is influenced by what happens at home. Every day, a student brings challenges to school, such as divorce, being a single parent, poverty, violence, and a myriad of other issues. Even though some educators and administrators make an effort to collaborate with children who live in less-than-ideal family settings, they can only do so much, especially when parents are frequently unwilling to collaborate with schools to provide for their children.

In the United States of America, the rate of our youth being able to meet the demands of life through knowledge of a good education has been reduced throughout the years.  Our representatives regardless of the political party have constantly failed in this department as they continue to battle with each other over the same issues with different methods to get to the common goal.  Now our youth, the next generation to run the country, are not fit to handle the most minor issues without losing control and giving up so quickly.   We have found that most of our youth are not ready to compete with other youth outside of the US.  The level of education is not either on the same level or above to those in Europe and Asia.

Who's fault is it?  We find that every school district is a non-profit organization that focuses on getting funding based on the number of students attending the class.  Is your child learning as much as they should be in class more time than they are with you?    

Are you seeing what your child is worth to your district?  Are you overpaying for a district for a lack of education that is not top quality through your taxes and property taxes?  Are you getting your money's worth and want the best for your child?    

Will your child or the next generation be ready to take care of you and the world conflict in supporting the people?  You have a voice but why are parents failing to use it for the best interest of their children?  Have we failed our youth in providing one of the most important elements of living versus surviving?  Are we to focus on ourselves as individuals on what we want rather than need and not on our youth as a whole for the betterment of the country?

  You be the judge of that...LISTEN.  

When will you make a stand? America and parents have failed our youth as we begin to discover.

In this episode, we discuss the idea that many people have thought about but have not expressed for the most part to another person "Is it Wrong to Call Out Parents for How Their Daughters Dress?"  While some parents feel their daughters should dress as they wish, others disagree, arguing some outfits are too skimpy, too short, or not age appropriate.  Should you ever tell your daughter she's the wrong shape or size to wear a particular outfit? It is really body shaming or is it just acknowledging some clothes just aren't appropriate?  When will the line be made to know the difference without mudding the water to avoid truth?

In this episode, we look at the issue of the new generation of kids that believes everything is to be given and not earned through work.  Many people have noticed the change in the mental shift in these generational kids and matching it to their actions has developed a sense of an uncaring way toward others.    The kids have developed a lack of acceptance of responsibility and respect for others.  In addition, they have become more absorbed in themselves not wanting to be a contributor but a taker.  Whose fault really is it?  Is it the kids or is it the parents who are the primary teachers in their lives?
