In the United States of America, the rate of our youth being able to meet the demands of life through knowledge of a good education has been reduced throughout the years.  Our representatives regardless of the political party have constantly failed in this department as they continue to battle with each other over the same issues with different methods to get to the common goal.  Now our youth, the next generation to run the country, are not fit to handle the most minor issues without losing control and giving up so quickly.   We have found that most of our youth are not ready to compete with other youth outside of the US.  The level of education is not either on the same level or above to those in Europe and Asia.

Who's fault is it?  We find that every school district is a non-profit organization that focuses on getting funding based on the number of students attending the class.  Is your child learning as much as they should be in class more time than they are with you?    

Are you seeing what your child is worth to your district?  Are you overpaying for a district for a lack of education that is not top quality through your taxes and property taxes?  Are you getting your money's worth and want the best for your child?    

Will your child or the next generation be ready to take care of you and the world conflict in supporting the people?  You have a voice but why are parents failing to use it for the best interest of their children?  Have we failed our youth in providing one of the most important elements of living versus surviving?  Are we to focus on ourselves as individuals on what we want rather than need and not on our youth as a whole for the betterment of the country?

  You be the judge of that...LISTEN.

In this episode, we discuss the idea that many people have thought about but have not expressed for the most part to another person "Is it Wrong to Call Out Parents for How Their Daughters Dress?"  While some parents feel their daughters should dress as they wish, others disagree, arguing some outfits are too skimpy, too short, or not age appropriate.  Should you ever tell your daughter she's the wrong shape or size to wear a particular outfit? It is really body shaming or is it just acknowledging some clothes just aren't appropriate?  When will the line be made to know the difference without mudding the water to avoid truth?

In this episode, we look at the issue of the new generation of kids that believes everything is to be given and not earned through work.  Many people have noticed the change in the mental shift in these generational kids and matching it to their actions has developed a sense of an uncaring way toward others.    The kids have developed a lack of acceptance of responsibility and respect for others.  In addition, they have become more absorbed in themselves not wanting to be a contributor but a taker.  Whose fault really is it?  Is it the kids or is it the parents who are the primary teachers in their lives?

In this episode, we, In Tha Trenches, notice the administrative order has changed between couples (men and women in an relationship).    Women have become more masculine within the corporate industry than men leaving no place for men to come into a relationship to fill a need and the femininity of women has been reduced. The idea of families is being lost due to this disorder of administration change.  The lack of men not stepping up to be real men by brins in past relationships into present relationships, men not being a provider or a protector, wanting to be catered to, and more. Throughout the years, boys that call themselves men reflect badly on the real men. Women are not women as once were and Men by the label are not being men as once before either.

In our discussion, we analyze the effect of this change and what should as well as can be done to change this back to the rightful owner of the responsibility of being the head of the family, a father, and a husband to provide for and protect women.  At the same time, we try to devise a solution to the death of family within the community.

In understanding the roles of men and women then and only then can the order can be in its rightful place allowing harmony and the growth of a healthy family with peace of mind.

Can there be a change back to the original purpose of men and women?  Can the growth of family begin again but in the right direction as what was meant to be?  Will women become more feminine as they should and men be masculine as they should with no more excuses?  Where will society be in the future?  Whose fault is it?  Are both sides guilty?

This is one of the hottest topics that will change the complete order if change does not occur.

In this episode, in the In Tha Trenches, we discuss the elephant in the room being Black and Blue.  Our special guest is not only a law enforcement officer but an author and entrepreneur, Officer JT.  We hit him with complex and raw questions from our listeners about this topic. Officer JT brings out the real and straight hard-hitting answers with no hold bar that relates to what should be known, what to do, how to handle law enforcement officers and his goal to bridge a community to understand black and blue.  

It is important to understand your rights when facing law enforcement.  In meeting this standard, one must be willing to read and study the law not go by what is heard or word of mouth.  We have found that doing so does not help but hinder the matter in the wrong direction.    

All citizens have rights but it is up to the citizen to know the rights, not the law enforcement to tell you your rights.  This is backward and is a cycle of never being able to walk on the path of freedom.  

Citizens should understand that not all police officers are against them but for them.  In opening your mind determine the type of officers that you are being approached as well as the type of person you are in and how to handle the situation to be able to make it home safely.  

Officer JT gives a lot of information on how and what to do when facing a black officer as well as an officer that is not black.  He gives us the straight talk on the matter.

In this episode, we are looking at how can we call for prayer and then keep it a secret.  This topic derives from the recent event that took place to have a prayer concert in PA.  At the same time, the event was never promoted nor expressed its importance of it within and to the community.  Due to the increase of events in the world especially here in the US government, we have found many ask for prayer but secretly judge as well as dictate who they want to be present at the event calling themselves Christian.  We understand Christian in the root word Christ means to be Christ-like.

In our discussion, we also discover that many people lack the ability to love one another due to their own selfish desire known as idolatrous lust. The lack of love for someone else is a lack of love for God.  One can not love God and truly can not love others according to scripture.  We also find that may lack the understanding of where the problems of life derive from known as sin and being rebellious to God.

In understanding the heart issue of man and life, we have identified it rather it is not what goes into the heart but what comes out of it.

Can there really be prayer in secret to exclude others from being on one accord?  Can there be a prayer secret sometimes and for certain reasons?

In this episode of In Tha Trenches, we will discuss sorry parents raising sorry kids. This topics derives from the recent ongoing increase of parents ignoring and allowing their kids to be bully playing the innocent victim, parents ignoring warning signs of their child resulting in violence in the school, parents allowing their kids to not have accountability and discipline resulting in killing or murdering elderly, parents allow kids to be disrespectful to others because they are comfortable disrespect them in the home, parents being friends rather a parent, and many other solid reasonings.

“Rejected children tend to distrust and attribute malevolent motives to others, with the result being a defensive, if not aggressive, approach to peer interactions…. Such [rejecting] parents not only fail to model and reinforce prosocial behavior, they actually provide training in aggressive noncompliant behavior.” stated by Ronald Simons, professor of sociology at Iowa State University.

Rejection by the family, which is the child's first and fundamental “community,” sets the stage for another social tragedy. Rejected children tend gradually to drop out of normal community life. Professor Simons continues: “Parental rejection… increased the probability of a youth's involvement in a deviant peer group, reliance upon an avoidant coping style, and use of substances.” Many other studies in the professional literature replicate these findings. Bonding between children and parents is critical to helping protect against youth violence.
