    Lee-ann volunteered to share her confidential journey to recovery and that of a close friend who, likewise, gave permission to have his name remain private. This lady has been forced to immigate from country to country at the command of respective Government agencies. What was to be a healing recovery initially, it turned out to be as she put it, “a bomb”.
    A total stranger became her best friend despite her struggling with challenges and depression. Healing came, but on both sides. As Lee-ann puts it, “Throughout  our friendship, there was a constant ‘push and pull’. Our Journey has been extremely fiery, intense, and, at times, heart-achingly painful.”

According to research carried out in 2016, despite the fact that the market for general fiction was on a slight decline, the market for translated fiction has risen significantly. This trend is observed not only in the UK, but throughout the world as well.
    The greatest fear of most authors is that, during the translation process, the original meanings they intended to convey might become distorted or even lost. However, the greatest ambition of literary translators is to keep every single detail & nuance of the text so that readers of the translation can experience the same emotions that the original words would incite them.
    Virginia, a literary translator along with her colleagues, are trained to perceive all the semantic load of the words chosen by the author. They struggle to find the best equivalent to use in the translated version. They struggle to find the best equivalent to use in the translated version. 
    A keen English-to-Spanish translator, Virginia graduated from the National University of Cordoba, Argentina. For 5 years, she has worked as a freelance translator in a variety of fields, such as journalism, literature, & entertainment.     "I wroteEternalas I felt I had an exciting, inspiring story inside me that was screaming out for attention – to share itself with the world. The concept for Eternal was born during a game of Rory’s Story Cubes with my son; from nine simple images on dice, a story began to unfold – initially a very short story. However, it soon took on a life of its own, & as I began to write, a continuous stream of ideas & plots flowed through my mind; simultaneously the characters started to develop & come to life.
    The character, Vala, is ostensibly based on myself – my younger alter-ego with awesome powers. Elvar is a representation of my ideal man; Jelly & Max are supportive, wonderful friends & Vala’s parents are sympathetic & caring with a close relationship with their daughter.
    Eternal is a fantastical adventure set between 2 realms – the human world & Candalia, the fae realm. It weaves together magic, Arthurian legend, perilous adventure & romance. However, at the heart of it are the relationships between the characters & the personal struggles they face. Nearly all the main characters are aged between 17 & 22, & magical abilities aside they face the same challenges as the majority of their contemporaries. There is a strong emphasis in Eternal on the importance of family & friends, particularly on how relationships grow & change over time."
