  • Draper YES, Tackles NONE, The Bomber need to lift - MAMMOTH Losers Round 9

Talk about Bombing out of the eight with no grace whatsoever, the boys love their Bombers but not the last fortnight, another dismal pressure-less performance predicted by Frisey, see them out of the eight and the percentage in struggletown.

Sam Draper the tall forward who rejected a sizzling long term contract from the Saints flew higher than a bloated angel to take a mark that has shown the AFL world he has arrived as an emerging ruckman. The Lions had a feast on the Bombers but the guys believe despite a mountain of injuries the Bombers can still lift to make it to the eight in time.

  • The Tiger Mauls and The Docker's Talls on Considerable Winners for Round 9

Richmond made a Considerable Statement to the rest of the competition on Wednesday night stating that they are the reigning premiers and if you want to be considered a premiership favourite, you gottta beat us at the Gabba, Metricom, Adelaide Oval and the Moon. The Doggies were viciously mauled by the hungry big cats who piled on the pain at Metricon Stadium with Dusty back to his best form with some crazy good goals and 26 disposals for safe measuring reminding us that he is the TRUE TIGER KING, sorry Joe.

A very costly tennis match mid-week for the Pies coaches has cost them a win against the out of the eight Dockers but here's the thing, they played like a team storming into the top 4, with their young guns and superstar chilling up forward the Dockers were rocking. Plus it always helps if you have some valuable intel from the Pies coaching box.

David Mundy the after the siren specialist celebrated the win with a goal after the siren albeit under not as much pressure as in the past.

Not a good week from the Pies but a very good one for the Dockers, go grab your purple macaroons, cakes and dare I say it sausages from the Fremantle Market this week to really put a Cerra on top of the cake in savoring the win.

  • The Japanese Technology That Can Stop Bad Umpiring Decisions - Have A Crack

This week on 'Have A Crack' the gentlemen have found a mask from Japan known as the 'smart mask' that can translate speech to 8 different languages but we ask can the mask be used in the AFL to translate dodgy umpiring decisions, it may also be handy for all high-school students learning a foreign language or if someone's talking trash behind your back in a different language, but mainly umpiring.

  • Game, Set, Match for the Dockers - Considerable Winners Round 9

A very costly tennis match mid-week for the Pies coaches has cost them a win against the out of the eight Dockers but here's the thing, they played like a team storming into the top 4, with their young guns and superstar chilling up forward the Dockers were rocking. Plus it always helps if you have some valuable intel from the Pies coaching box.

After the Dockers had a scoreless first term the boys in pruple turned it around in the second quarter with four goals to snatch the lead at the main break.

After that they kept a solid lead despite the Pies coming back hard to nearly snatch the game before Tabener kicked big time goals to leave his Irish opponent not so Keane to be playing on him.

David Mundy the after the siren specialist celebrated the win with a goal after the siren albeit under not as much pressure as in the past.

  • Bring It Back, Give It The Sack, Have A Crack - Episode 8

In the West the iconic Wedge Tailed Eagle Auzzie has not been flying and won’t be doing so until there are full capacity crowds in the West, which made us think about the importance of animals at the footy.

For the Tigers, Lions and Geelong Cats we suggested they get in touch with our mate - Joe Exotic and get themselves a BIG CAT for game day, that would be awesome.

Do you remember the elephant that North Melbourne got from the circus? Maxy asks them to forget about a securing a marque player and focus on getting a marque mythical animal like the Seattle Cracken 'Octopus'.

Matty Nicks and the Adelaide Crows are struggling and Nicks' coaching has be simplified to such a point his put away the whiteboard, magnets, pens and paper and focused on two clear bottle sitting on the floor. Michael sings us his best parody of "10 green bottles hanging on the wall" that the boys want to submit to 'The Voice'.

Under 10’s or the AFL? You be the judge.

  • A Worthy Concussion for a Spectacular Club Doctor - My Footy Memory

In the biggest event of 2013, the sweet sixteen for a local footy team landed on a Friday night on the eve of a MASSIVE early morning footy match with a hostile rival. The hungover footy team rocked up to a wild reception and when the team spotted a gorgeous, ravishing, exquisite, dazzling, pulchritudinous blonde doctor on the bench at the end of the first quarter, the players had one objective ... get ruled out of the contest.

My Footy Memories is full of heavy-headed, sleepless and crapulous moments along with buzzing, awkward and awesome laughs, enjoy this week's edition.

  • Higher Stake Grand Final Rematches & A Mythical Octopus - Have A Crack

We have officially decided to change 'Have A Crack' into 'Have A Cracken' after Maxy identified one of the coolest franchise names in the sporting arena. A NHL Hockey team from Seattle have been inspired by the Pirates of The Caribbean and used a mythical octopus as their mascot. Should this spell change for some of the more mundane AFL mascots?

Michael has came up with a new controversial system that will make the winners of the Grand Final Rematch be the official AFL Premiers from the year before.  Sounds confusing? That's because it absolutely is!

Here are some the teams that could've won the flag from the year before because they won the Grand Final Rematch:

    Previous years scenarios

2010: Saints beat the Cats by 24 points in Grand Final Replay (MCG)

2018: Adelaide Crows beat the Tigers by 36 points (AO)

2006: West Coast beat Sydney by 2 points (S)

2015: Sydney beat Hawthorn by 4 points (MCG)

2013: Hawthorn beat Sydney by 37 points (MCG)

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1952: Essendon beat Geelong by 69 points (Brisbane Exhibition Ground)

It was difficult to find this one Essendon fans but we found a flag for us!

  • Tom Hawkins Gave A Fan His Sack - Give It The Sack

'Give It The Sack' looks at the worst things AFL players have given to their fans after Tom Hawkins gave his wet oversized game shorts to a "lucky" fan at the end of the round and Harry McKay was a late out in the game against North Melbourne, yet his identical twin brother played, we thought it was a bit suspicious, could they be the same person?

  • The Eagles Have Finally Landed - Considerable Winners Round 8

The flag favoritism has dramatically shifted to the West Coast Eagles who recorded a comprehensive 66 point victory at the expensive of a Collingwood side missing some of it's key stars, when tall men have struggled this season in the Coleman Medal, one man reminded us it's a big man reward ... take a bow Joshua J. Kennedy.

Nic Nat is flying in the ruck, the fans from the mid 2000's are back and haven't changed their ways and Tim Kelly has finally found his feet in a strong West Coast Midfield, this team are looking every bit as good as they were in 2018.
