This one goes out to my Graphic Designer, Jarrod. Thank you for this suggestion!  But today, I want to talk about decisions that I have made that I have later regretted.  No one is perfect, we all make mistakes!   What is the worst decision you have ever made?

The triangle of happiness includes the 3 factors to consider when dealing with a client.  If they pay their bills on time, are generally a good person and they make you money then they are an ideal client.   But if they are only one of these things or even none, do you really want to be dealing with them? Probably not! Don't be afraid to fire clients who don't meet your happiness criteria.

In business and in life, you are going to get a lot of requests from people to do things and if you commit to it, you have to follow through with it.  

If you don't want to do something, don't commit to it. Then you won't have to let anyone down when you are not able to deliver on your promise.

If you want to be a leader of a company, you need to be able to communicate.  

The worst thing that you can do as a business owner is to stick your head in the sand and not communicate with your clients.
