I didn't have a plan for this episode so I thought I would just give you an update on what's going on.  

But it developed into me talking about just concentrating on the basics of running a business.

If you want to grow a really, really big company then at some point you are going to have to let go of the things that you enjoy and the things that you think you are good at.  

In today's episode, I talk all about delegating tasks even when it's something that you enjoy doing.

Today I want to talk about one of the 12 immutable laws of my companies, which is to make money right.  

I don't agree with people making shitty choices and justifying it by saying "it's just business".  

Make money right and don't screw other people over for your own financial gain. What goes around, comes around.

After a public holiday, most of us will need to cram 5 days of work into the 4 remaining days.   

Make sure that you take control of your day and allocate your time accordingly!

This one is more of an observation. But it seems that the bigger your business gets, the longer it takes to get anything done.

Building business relationships are all about face to face interactions.

Be careful what you let inside your head people!  

If you don't control your media intake, someone else will. Mainstream media will try to keep you engaged so that they can sell more ads, that's it!

There are so many other options of entertainment, you just have to scratch the surface a little to find what works for you.

You need to build your brand above all else.

Knowing about it is only half the solution, doing something about it is going to make the difference.

It's not an easy subject to talk about.
