To help us navigate this difficult subject, we invited Dr. Robin Scholefield, the Director of Culture, Wellbeing & Sport Psychology at the University of Southern California.  She provides great insight into not only what student athletes are dealing with but also how to promote a healthier environment. We also talk with Thomas Galgano and his efforts to raise awareness on the importance of mental health after losing his friend and teammate, Rob Martin.

This is an episode that you don't want to miss and you will want to share with your non-lacrosse friends because it is so important.
