For this weeks main episode, Will covers a film that he once thought was overrated and boring, but since having rewatched it, has come to love and appreciate its amazing writing and humour, 1997s 'Good Will Hunting.' Angus shocks all Fleapit listeners by talking about a film by his favourite director that he can stand watching, Quentin Tarantino's 'Reservoir Dogs.'

HBO's adaptation of 'The Last of Us' is being praised as the best video game adaptation to screen in history, so for this week's mini-episode, Angus and Will decide to adapt and cast a live action mini-series based on one of their favourite (and a critically acclaimed one at that) video games: Telltale's The Walking Dead.

For this mini-episode, the boys take a quiz all about films and directors from across the world...because Hollywood isn't the only place where great films are made!

It's that time of the year where  Hollywood's biggest night is a little over a month away. The 2023 nominations for the 95th Academy Awards are official out, and Will and Angus are here to talk about all the surprises, snubs, as well as their predictions for all the categories. 

For the first main episode of the year, Angus and Will both cover fairly recent films. Angus continues his love for Tim Burton by covering the 2019 remake of a Disney classic: 'Dumbo', starring Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, and Colin Farrell. Will talks about one of the most critically and financially successful sci-fi films to come out of this century, but one he thinks is underwhelming and boring: 2021s 'Dune.'

The 2023 awards season is in full swing  people, so of course, Angus and Will are here to give you an informative but funny run-down of all the winners at the Critics' Choice awards earlier this month. There were certainly plenty of surprises and upsets!

The boys are back for the new year, and they're kicking things off by giving a lengthy—but hilarious and in depth—summary of the 2023 Golden Globes that aired on the 11th of January. Angus and Will talk about the ceremony's funniest, savage, and awkward moments, as well as who they hoped to win each TV and film category and those who ultimately took home the prize.

It's the final day of In the Fleapit's '12 Days of Christmas' and Christmas Day here down under! For this episode, Will covers an acclaimed animated feature film that managed to rack up an Oscar nomination, but often slips past people looking for new and fresh Christmas films, 2019s 'Klaus.' Angus talks about a film that we previous recasted that he finds absolutely terrifying and bland, 2004s 'The Polar Express.'

The boys have also chosen a diverse age range and certain plot tweaks for their adaptation!

For this episode, the boys talk about the cast, plot, themes, and moments in one of their favourite Christmas films of all time—and one that has some much needed representation, and a fresh take on what it means to be a holiday movie—2020s 'Happiest Season.'
