We had the incredible privilege of sitting down with our friend Allie Golson for this episode, and you are in for a treat, dear listeners. This one's for all the artists, the wanna-be-artists, the "I- don't-have-a-creative-bone-in-my body" types… whoever you are, we know this conversation will inspire and encourage you. Allie talks us through her songwriting and recording process and shows us how art at its best helps us connect with each other– and ourselves– in a deeper way.

The nervous system is getting a lot of attention these days…but what exactly is it and what is the fuss all about? In this episode we talk with Dr. Kenzie Schouten, owner of Vera Chiropractic, to discuss some of these questions. We cover an overview of the nervous system, what symptoms of dysfunction look and feel like in the body, and how we can support our bodies for optimal health. In our modern world, we're privy to endless amounts of marketing that seeks to influence those thoughts and feelings, for better or worse.
