Hey, what's going on Bookie family? How you are guys doing? I'm back, this is episode number two. I finally have come up with a name with this. What we're going to call it is the journey, or no sorry, the Journal to Success. Instead of saying the journey to success, it's a journal. It's going to be like an audio journal, where we'll transcribe it. It'll be on the site, or you can listen to it and it's going to be, like I said in the first video, really raw, really uncut. Right now, I'm at the gym right now. I'm walking on the treadmill, I'm just finishing up my workout, and I'm not paying any production to this. I literally am just recording on my phone, and I was to just kind of really document my thoughts, the things that I'm going through. The things that I think you guys can benefit from as well. Anyways. Last year, I was selling cars and I was working 10 hours a day. It was really tough because selling cars is, obviously you may know, it's a grind, it's a hustle. You're working 10 hours. I started working out going into my Senior in high school, I was 138 pounds, and I just wasn't really happy with the way I looked. I wanted to attract more ladies. I wanted to feel and look better. I wanted to be stronger and kind of be more alpha male-ish. Anyways, last year, 2016, it was the worst. I kind of, I don't' want to say let myself go, but it's the worst care I've taken care of myself since I started working out in the first place, and I think it's just because I wasn't burning as many calories. My workouts weren't as intense. There's a array of things. Eating too much food. Anyways, going into 2017, I really wanted to get it cut down for summer time. We're in the end of May, or April sorry. May, no, we're in May. Sorry. I've lost 25 pounds. I started at 210 pounds and I've dieted all the way down to, I'm at 184 this morning. I have about another 8 to 10 pounds to go. I think, maybe not, I don't...
