While he continues to talk about sobriety and making changes in his life, Trent also thinks that 90% of his friends don't like the changes that he is making. During the show Trent talks about a party that he attended over the weekend and details why he doesn't want to be around people until October, while talking about the importance of being in solitude. Later in the episode Trent touches on why men are emotionally unavailable during courting and the reason he thinks this is a "thing".

After a very eventful 24 hours, Trent comes into the studio ready to vent. While trying to gather himself he attempts keep the optimism and not displace his anger. After a near 4 month hiatus, Trent returns to the studio for Season 5. In a new night time slot, while trying not to be emotional, Trent talks about his 40th birthday, growth, aging and tells the audience about a recent health diagnosis. While talking about health, Trent reveals the affects of his drug, his need for a "Lesbian Bra" and his cure for depression. 

Later in the episode Trent talks about being in the "Friend Zone", the importance of being clear about what you want in life and paying forward love. 

Trent closes the episode talking about his gay doctor and show housekeeping items.

Trent opens the show on a high note, reflecting on the lessons that the year has taught us and questions if we are brave enough to execute the lessons learned in 2021, in 2022 so we can be better people. After his opening segment, Trent then reflects on the life and loss of Betty White, while talking about the importance of watching what you speak and feeding into carnal energy.
