On August 28, 1955, 14 year old Emmett Till was lynched in Mississippi for allegedly flirting with a white woman. The cowardice and hatred displayed by these white supremacists is as relevant today as it was 65 years ago. No one person deserves to be the judge, jury, and executioner.
