If you're like me, you are in your head most of the time. We are always thinking, caught up in our thoughts, ideas, and plans. We forget to be in the present moment, to be aware of our bodies, and how we are showing up to the others in the moment and in our life. Believe it or not, that's where feedback from horses can be helpful. Equine-facilitated coaching – coaching leaders using horses – is an opportunity to be in the moment, recognize how we show up, and how we impact others.
In this bonus interview episode, Deb interviews equine leadership coach and horse lover Barb Korosec. Barb describes how horses give us powerful feedback about our presence, our leadership, and our boundaries – without even saying a word.
If you're curious to hear more about the wisdom of horses and what they can help you understand about yourself, press the play button now.
