I wish it was as easy as understanding that everyone’s shoes fit differently; you also have to understand that it could hurt you in a different way than it hurts the other person. We can’t lead our lives judging each other about the most littlest of things and putting each other down, cos we all have our own p. We all have things that pinch us in our shoes, so why do we think that we can tell someone else what to do or how far to go? We don’t have the power to decide what’s good or bad; that means we can’t tell anyone what they’re doing “wrong” or “right” cos we are diverse beings and so different from each other. We will be able to build healthier relationships when we understand that concept in fact; but I think I did justice to the topic so, dig in!!!! Love and Light.

It’s never about the choices we are going to make, cos we actually never know about those ones yet...It’s always about the ones we’ve made already because where we find ourselves is an outcome of those choices. And in fact, the choices we are going to make are dependent on the ones we’ve made already. Enjoy!!!

First I think it’s a gift to be able to walk over insecurities, and me being able to walk through this one...you know what it means. Lol. It’s understandable, how we are under so much pressure to be some person; and I think the society we are growing up in is to blame for most of this. But I also believe that as people, we have the power to control how much we allow these things get to us. We can, and we will. Ecclesiastes 9:11 helps us to understand that it’s not about who our friends are or where we see other people. Time and Chance happens to everyone and as all fingers are not equal, all fingers are fingers still; and they all do the same things and give the same results. Let’s get into this talk!!

This is really what it is about. It’s not far fetched from the usual feelings we have on a daily. The feeling of wanting to be heard or seen by others, to want to feel validated. It’s totally exhausting. We all get that, and I think as individuals we have it somewhere in us to want other people to tell us how important we are and whatever; but is that really what we need or is it what is pushing us further away? What do you tell yourself you are? At the end of the day, what really matters to you apart from what you truly feel about yourself? Stop working yourself out by wanting others to do the job for you....Face it!! You’re your only therapist and Na only you get yourself last last.

This time we’re talking about the unanswered questions we continuously have as individuals. Answers to one set of questions is an open door for more and even more complicated ones. I think the older we get, the more clueless we are about how our lives will play out because we are becoming more aware; and it’s safe to say that our awareness feeds our cluelessness. We are on a constant pursuit of awareness; wanting to know. We want to see and understand the minutest detail, and want to be perfectly in sync with everything that’s going on in our lives and around. “The more you look, the less you see”; rings a bell? Let’s hear it out!!

What is contentment really? Understanding the way it works helps us to know where we stand, and that contentment is not about satisfaction. The most important thing is gratitude and having a heart of gratitude makes everything less difficult. I think “utmost” have become my next favorite word 😂. Enjoy!!!

Let’s start here. I’m very passionate about Jesus and talking about Him. This episode talks about what Christianity should be and what we should feel like as Christians. The world gives us a prerogative to what it should be; but is that really what it is if you look deeply? God wants us as we are, and that’s why He gave us the word. So we can all see it for ourselves. He loves us in our imperfections and even though we are supposed to live sin free lives, God loves to know that we trust Him enough to mould us and lead us in the way he wants us to go. This won’t be the same for every body and that’s why it’s important for each person to know who Jesus is to his person.

Crucial to our “peace” is understanding the role our mind plays in causing us emotional unrest. In how we perceive other people, see ourselves and make decisions. So why don’t we write it a love letter? This is the first letter to my mind (and maybe yours too); we will write more letters when we get a reply. LOL. Enjoy
