This week's exemplar of holiness is St. John Paul II. We talk a lot about his profound ability to live what we spoke and wrote about. Disclaimer: we had a few issues with Rachael's audio, which clips a bit in this episode ... we should be back to normal next week!

We've all been there. And it can be very hard to trust the Lord when something that was hoped for or expected doesn't turn out- especially if the stakes are high. This episode is all about the experience of disappointment and what it means to trust God through it all.

This is a very important episode- please share it! Fr. Cristino Bouvette was the National Liturgy Director for Pope Francis' recent visit to Canada, and he joined us to share about his experience. Fr. is both Indigenous and Catholic, and he didn't just share about the experience of the Papal visit, but also about his family history, his kokum (grandmother) who went to a residential school and taught him many things about the Christian faith and the meanings of truth and reconciliation, and his own experience of seeing the beauty of both the Catholic faith and the traditions of Indigenous culture. We all have a part to play in truth, reconciliation, healing and hope, so we pray you all take up Fr.'s challenge given towards the end of the episode! Full show notes available at:
