It’s the natural order. So, stop caring what they think.

It only takes one person (you) to get up, stare the fear in face, and start dancing and the rest of them will join you because you were created to dance first and think later.

We are human beings and when we get happy, we want to share it. We smile at people when they smile at us because happiness is contagious.

It is scary being the first person to dance, especially when you're doing it alone, but its brave and freeing.

Its vulnerable, and vulnerability is the only way to defeat the lie we've been told that we need to be perfect. We are allowed to be messy and sweaty and smiling, jumping to the loud speaker.

It feels wrong because everyone else is scared to be the only one too, but deep down they would love to dance as well, so start the trend. The vulnerable trend of seizing the Mama Mia songs and get up and dance!

We all had this incredible imagination as a child. We brought dolls to life and had HUGE hopes for our futures. But I can bet you that those dreams have become more realistic, more financially driven. The practical side of your life has perhaps doused a part (if not all) of your passion.

What happened to all that creativity?

Where did that fearless dreamer part of you go?

And can we get it back?

The answer is yes. Creativity (as I learnt in a documentary recently) is like a muscle, meaning it can be trained and strengthened. And I have first hand experience that this is true. From complaining to my dad that I have no original ideas, to producing and running a podcast…I have been inspired and have learnt to dream again. I’ve learnt to find that creative spark in me and use it to produce something I'm passionate about.
