  • Interview with Jim Marshall
    Today I had an opportunity to interview Jim Marshall who is a public speaker, a personal counsellor, a polymath proficient in multiple areas of study and the inventor of Septemics. He is a Human Development Engineer who dedicated his career to empower others with a variety of advanced consciousness-expanding techniques under his belt.
    Mr. Marshall is a polymathic intellectual who has has devoted over 50,000 hours to the study and practice of multiple dimensions of human potential and development. He received a classical education as an honor student at a Jesuit Military Prep School, was accepted into engineering school while still a junior in prep school, and attended college on academic scholarship. He graduated college with a Bachelor of Science cum laude. While still an undergraduate, he began the study of “alternative” Arts and Sciences which today would be described as Transformational and Holistic. Eventually, he became a professional practitioner and, after 28 years of formal education, had a long career as a Human Development Engineer. Jim has integrated the best aspects of the most advanced techniques on the planet, and expanded their limits by his own Research & Discovery. He has successfully treated and/or trained hundreds of clients over a 40 year career, and is the inventor of Septemics and several consciousness-expanding systems. His areas of expertise include psychology, philosophy, theology, parapsychology, science, engineering, mathematics, law, literature, history, music, organization, metaphysics, military science, political science, physical culture and education.

    In today’s episode, I interview Dashawn Bledsoe who is an entrepreneur, an inventor of new tech+ball sports genre and the founder of National Intelligent Blockchain League Sports(NIBLS).
    Dashawn Bledsoe is the first inventor to create a sports genre that uses a method with biometric data to mine digital asset tokens on blockchain technology that is used for tech+ball
    team sport and club. His invention can be also applied in other utility sports leagues and clubs in the sports industry. Since January 2018, NIBLS (National Intelligent Blockchain League Sports) succeeded to accomplish pre-seed funding for their product development.
    Dashawn is the NIBLS founder with a demonstrated history in sports industries like rugby, team handball, and football. He is also skilled in capital markets, team leadership, organizational leadership, sports entertainment, creative writing, and event management.
    The first blockchain hardware in sports to use a biometric technology ball would provide an opportunity to discover athletic data of the individual athlete's by collecting fingerprint queries from each player in the game in real-time. With this technology, NIBLS would equip their members of the sports club with an opportunity to buy sports tickets from their club blockchain app of fractional ownership for their service. Using the data, NIBLS creates a marketplace to scale performance skills into a tokenized asset on blockchain.

    A resident of New Jersey, Joe is also an accomplished script doctor and acting teacher. Privately, he coaches many actors seen on TV and film. In 2015, he directed An Evening of One Acts (The Exhibition and Flowers for Algernon) for Ruth Stage.

    Today I had an opportunity to meet Marjorie Vail who is a speaker, a coach, a trauma therapist, and the founder of her company “En Merak”. She shares with us her journey to success from being a teacher at school to becoming an entrepreneur and a true leader in the community.
    Marjorie has devoted her life to helping others. After being in the field of education for over 20 years, Marjorie decided to embark on a path that would allow her to support others on a more personal level. She currently is a Trauma Therapist and a Mindset Coach. As a mindset coach, Marjorie passionately believes that one’s self-talk, whether positive or negative, is the GPS to their path in life. After Marjorie and her husband's child was stillborn, she decided to be a megaphone in the fight against stillbirth. She is currently the Co-Director of Awareness for PUSH for Empowered Pregnancy. In addition to her volunteer and charity work, Marjorie is a licensed esthetician, and a pageant queen; having held the titles of Mrs. New York International 2015 and Mrs. New York American 2020. Personally, Marjorie loves to hang out with her family, read books, watch period pieces, and public speaking. Marjorie holds a Master of Arts in Childhood Education from New York University with Kappa Delta Pi honors, a Master of Science in School Counseling from Alfred University and a MEd in Education Leadership.
