  • Interview with Laura Dionisio
In today’s episode, I interview Laura Dionisio who is the founder of Lead Intact and a Leadership Development Coach. She shares with us her journey of becoming an Aligned Leadership Coach while starting her career as an engineer.
Spending her childhood moving back and forth from the Philippines to the United States has awakened an appreciation for different cultures and has taught her from an early age how to navigate big life transitions.
Laura’s exploration of life transitions continues on today as she navigates her career in engineering while also volunteering and growing her business with her company, Lead Intact® LLC. As an Aligned Leadership coach, Laura guides those who are feeling lost and stuck in their lives to find their inner leader so they can start living with intention and purpose. Laura offers one-on-one coaching along with leadership tools and techniques, such as the Principle of Why, What, How: A guide to approach your new endeavor with intention and purpose and the Lead Intact Toolbox: How to Lead from Within. She currently lives in New York City with her two cats, Cooper and Roxie.

  • Interview with Matt de Rogatis
In today’s episode, I interview Matt de Rogatis who recently played in the off Broadway show “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” during the summer of 2022 in New York City. He shares with us his proven strategy that got him into the best shape of his life as he prepared himself for the physically demanding lead role of “Brick” in the show.
Matt de Rogatis has been the Chairman & Creative Director of Ruth Stage since 2019. Beginning in 2014, with the guidance of his mentor and then chairman, the late Bob Lamb, Matt took the group, founded in 1982, from small town community theater to a New York City powerhouse entertainment organization. During this time, de Rogatis has become an entrepreneur, taking an "all in," hands on approach. By not conforming to traditional methods, he has quickly built the company into one of the premiere arts organizations in New York City.
de Rogatis' rebellious, edgy and unique vision for the company transcends theater, expands with each day and redefines the term, "the hardest working man in show business."
