When I was away from the Church, I was fascinated by dreams, paranormal experience, psychic phenomena and the unexplained. For a while, after I came back to the Faith, I stepped away from all of that. Now, I'm seeing things differently.
In this first episode of the new Mystic Review podcast, I talk about the testimony I was working on how my approach to paranormal experience, NDEs and spiritual dreams helped me see things in a new light.
As many of you know, this comes on the near eve of (self) publication but I feel I it's something I need to correct. In the book and in life!
The podcast will cover things like consciousness, dreams, and the paranormal from a more scientific perspective (I said Catholic in the podcast but that's not really right, though we will stay within the boundaries of the faith—which is a bigger place than I previously imagined).

7 signs of spiritual warfare I have experienced, how we can respond to spiritual warfare, and 4 ways that have helped me avoid it. I will also be sharing my own recent experience with spiritual warfare.
I forgot to give items numbers when going through the signs so I wanted to list them here. Please keep in mind that these things can ALWAYS simply be ordinary life stuff, but are given as possible indicators only.
Something that comes out of nowhere
The timing may be suspicious
Spiritual warfare is often disruptive
Whatever we're experiencing seems very out of character
We may feel compelled to quit or tear things down
Thoughts that are very negative – sometimes even accusatory
Encountering actual obstacles in regard to what is being attacked
PLEASE NOTE: If you are struggling with spiritual warfare please go to confession, attend Mass and, if necessary, speak to a Catholic priest or if you aren't Catholic the faith leader of your denomination.
