So many dramatic headlines trying to lure us and we easily react with anger or shock....but what happens when you and all of your network all share the same headlines? Your timelines will be filled with negative energy! In this episode I talk about how I stopped reacting to headlines and the importance of finding a positive message to add to the conversation. Wednesday 28th August. Another dramatic chapter in the history books. Today, headlines all over the country reported the PM is asking the queen to help distract the people and parliament with a Queen's Speach. What does this mean? What impact will this have? Is it actually legal? How does it affect us? More importantly is this an attack on our democratic status as a fair country not ruled by a dictator? In this episode, I fail at reading!
